The Process
1. Submit an inquiry - Whether you’re ready to book or just have a few questions, start by filling out the inquiry form below.
2. Let’s chat - Once I receive your inquiry, I’ll reach out via your preferred contact method to schedule a quick introductory call. Nothing awkward or sales-y—just a chance for us to connect and make sure we’re a good fit.
3. Let’s make it official - If it’s a HECK YEAH from both of us after the call, we’ll get your session locked in! Once you’ve picked a date, accepted your quote, signed the contract, and paid your deposit, you’re all set.
4. Planning Call (Optional) - Need help figuring out what to wear or how to prep? I’m more than happy to hop on a quick call to talk through any questions or details. I’m here to help you feel confident and comfortable heading into your session.
5. Session Day! - We’ll meet at our agreed-upon time and place and get the show on the road! I’ll guide you through everything in an easygoing, fun, relaxed way so we can capture meaningful moments you’ll love for years to come.
6. Memorable Moments - Delivery timing depends on the session type and my current schedule (you’ll find all the details in your contract). Once your gallery is ready, I’ll send over your finished digital download—your memories, ready to relive and share.!

Do you travel for sessions?
TOTALLY. Travel is free within 50 miles of Hurst, TX. Anything beyond that may incur a travel fee unless otherwise discussed or promoted (like special travel dates or pop-up sessions).Will our photos be posted online?
Model release/licensing forms are included in your session paperwork, but I’ll never post anything without your permission. Your comfort and privacy always come first.What if someone is sick or the weather’s bad?
Life happens—and I want everyone to feel their best for your session. If someone gets sick beforehand, your deposit can be applied to a future date.
Cloudy skies or light rain actually make for beautiful photos, so don’t stress! But if weather conditions are unsafe or truly unworkable, we’ll either move indoors or reschedule for another mutually agreed-upon day.What’s your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel entirely, your deposit is non-refundable (see below). But if you're just rescheduling, we’ll make it work.Is the deposit refundable?
Nope. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your session, and it goes toward your total balance. If you need to reschedule, we’ll apply your deposit to the new date (think of it as a rain check!).Do you share raw, unedited images?
I believe in delivering a polished final gallery that reflects both your story and my style. To preserve the integrity of my work, I don’t release raw or unedited files.
